Common questions about buying and learning on EDVEXA.
After clicking Buy Now, you will see our bank account details and UPI QR code. Pay the exact amount outside the site (UPI, NEFT, or IMPS), then submit a payment screenshot and UTR / reference ID on checkout.
Access is unlocked only after an admin reviews and approves your payment proof. You will receive an email when your order is approved or if anything needs to be corrected.
You will see the reason on your order page and can resubmit a clearer proof (new screenshot and UTR) for the same order.

Some courses include a free preview lesson. Look for the preview badge in the curriculum on the course page.
Because payment is manual and access is granted after verification, refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us with your order number and we will review fairly.
